This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited use of the ReguShield AI platform, operated by ReguShield UAB (the Republic of Lithuania).
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between ReguShield UAB, a private limited liability company (uždaroji akcinė bendrovė) incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania and operator of the ReguShield AI platform ("Provider"), and the Customer, trading as the Customer, established in the Customer's jurisdiction (company registration as recorded at registration) ("Customer"), acting through the Customer's authorised representative, authorised signatory (the registered contact email). Provider and Customer are each a "party".
2. Permitted Use
The platform may be used by the Customer's authorised personnel to analyse the Customer's own operational and compliance data, to prepare audit-ready reporting, and to support — not replace — qualified compliance decision-making.
3. Prohibited Use
The Customer must not: upload personal data without a lawful basis; use the platform to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity; reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract the underlying models or rule logic; probe, circumvent or test security controls without written authorisation; or rely on platform output as the sole basis for a regulated decision without human review.
4. Enforcement
Provider may suspend access to investigate or stop a breach of this policy, acting proportionately and restoring access promptly once the issue is resolved. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the directly applicable law of the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to the Customer in the Customer's jurisdiction. The courts of the Republic of Lithuania have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule conferring jurisdiction elsewhere.
