Elevator pitch

ReguShield AI is Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure for EU-regulated businesses. FinTechs, crypto platforms and AI companies now face AMLA, MiCA, DORA and the EU AI Act all at once — and no tool turns their operational data into audit-ready regulatory decisions. ReguShield does: upload your data, and in minutes get explainable risk scoring, regulatory mapping, evidence tracking and board-ready reporting that stands up to supervisory scrutiny. Data plus regulatory logic equals defensible decisions. We're pilot-ready and built in Europe.

Description — 50 words

ReguShield AI is Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure for regulated European businesses. It transforms operational and transaction data into audit-ready regulatory decisions across AMLA, MiCA, DORA and the EU AI Act — with explainable AI reasoning, risk scoring and executive reporting built for supervisory scrutiny.

Description — 100 words

ReguShield AI is Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure for regulated businesses across the European Union. It transforms operational and transaction data into audit-ready regulatory decisions, mapping activity in real time against AMLA 2027, AMLR, MiCA, DORA, the EU AI Act and the FATF Travel Rule. Every output is explainable, evidence-linked and designed for supervisory inspection: inherent and residual risk scoring, control-effectiveness assessment, compliance-decision reasoning, evidence lifecycle tracking and board-ready executive reporting. Built in Europe for FinTechs, crypto/CASPs, AI companies and EU market-entrants, ReguShield is decision-support infrastructure — a data-plus-regulatory-logic layer beneath compliance teams, not a replacement for qualified compliance judgement.

Description — 250 words

ReguShield AI is Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure for regulated businesses operating in — or entering — the European Union. The regulatory surface for FinTechs, crypto/CASPs and AI companies has multiplied: AMLA 2027 introduces direct EU-level supervision, AMLR unifies customer due diligence, MiCA governs crypto-asset service providers, DORA mandates operational resilience, and the EU AI Act classifies AML, fraud and credit models as high-risk systems. Meeting all of this manually does not scale. ReguShield sits beneath the compliance function as an intelligence layer. It ingests operational and transaction data, maps it in real time against every applicable framework, and produces audit-ready decisions: inherent and residual ML/TF risk scores, control-effectiveness assessments, AMLA readiness, regulatory-obligation mapping, evidence lifecycle tracking and explainable AI reasoning for each conclusion. Compliance officers get board-ready executive reports and a complete audit trail of the reasoning behind every decision. The core thesis is simple: operational data plus regulatory logic equals defensible decisions. ReguShield is deterministic and explainable by design — it is decision-support, not legal advice, and every recommendation remains subject to human sign-off. Founded in 2026 and built in Europe (Vilnius, Lithuania planned headquarters), ReguShield is currently pilot-ready and in early conversations with prospective design partners across FinTech, crypto and AI governance.

Founder biography

Sedat İşkara is the founder and CEO of ReguShield AI, a Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure company built in Europe. His background spans finance, compliance and product strategy for regulated digital businesses, where he repeatedly saw the same gap: compliance teams drowning in overlapping EU frameworks — AMLA, AMLR, MiCA, DORA and the EU AI Act — with no infrastructure layer to turn their operational data into defensible, audit-ready decisions. He founded ReguShield in 2026 on a single thesis: operational data plus regulatory logic equals defensible decisions. Under his direction the platform was built to be deterministic and explainable by design — decision-support that compliance officers can stand behind in front of a supervisor, never a black box. Sedat leads product and company strategy and is establishing ReguShield's European presence, with a planned headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.
