API, webhooks and batch through enterprise activation
The REST API, signed webhooks and batch submission are enabled for your organization during enterprise onboarding, after a security review and data mapping. Connections to your own systems are scoped as a custom integration engagement; there are no prebuilt named connectors.

Your internal field names do not need to match ReguShield's schema. Field mapping is performed during onboarding — no manual data model rebuild required.
Tenant Isolation
All data, API calls and workspace sessions are scoped to a unique tenant workspace ID. No cross-tenant data access at any layer.
Audit Logging
Every upload, case event, API call and copilot interaction is logged with user identity, timestamp and outcome. Available for compliance and security review.

All pilot access requests and API credential issuance go through a manual admin review. No self-serve production access without approval.

Common questions
What if my data is not in CSV or Excel format?
Export it to CSV or Excel where you can — that is available today. Text-based PDF documents are in Early Access, with every result reviewed by a person; scanned images are not read. For anything else, our team maps your fields to our compliance schema during onboarding.
How do API integrations work?
The REST API, scoped API keys, signed webhooks and batch submission are available through controlled enterprise activation: they are enabled for your organization during enterprise onboarding, after a security review, a data mapping session and your approval. Automatic webhook delivery retries are not yet active.
Can ReguShield connect to SAP, Oracle or SharePoint?
Not as a prebuilt connector — ReguShield does not offer prebuilt connectors to third-party products. A connection to a specific system can be scoped as a custom integration engagement; until then, file exports or the REST API are the supported routes.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. All data is scoped to your tenant workspace ID. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database, API and authentication layers. No data is shared across tenants.
