Meet the founder

Sedat İşkara is the founder and CEO of ReguShield AI, a Compliance Intelligence Infrastructure company built in Europe. He is an SMMM and MBA whose professional background spans finance, accounting, compliance and business operations. Alongside that domain background, he has pursued structured technical development through BTK Akademi across software development, C# and ASP.NET Core Web API, T-SQL and databases, algorithms and data structures, networking and operating systems, information security and cryptology, big data, Python-based machine learning and AI-agent development. That technical path is presented as applied founder-level capability and product proximity, not as a claim of a formal computer-science or software-engineering degree.

He founded ReguShield in 2026 after repeatedly seeing the same gap: compliance teams drowning in overlapping EU frameworks — AMLA, AMLR, MiCA, DORA and the EU AI Act — with no infrastructure layer to turn operational data into defensible, audit-ready decisions. ReguShield is built around the thesis that operational data plus regulatory logic equals defensible decisions. Sedat leads product and company strategy, stays directly involved in system design and product review, and is establishing ReguShield's European presence, with a planned headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.
