ReguShield AI is an independent private software company. It is not a government agency, regulator, or official EU institution, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the European Commission, AMLA, ESMA, EBA, EIOPA, the ECB, any national regulator, or any other government authority.
ReguShield provides compliance decision-support software. It does not issue authorisations, licences, rulings, or official regulatory determinations, and using ReguShield does not create any relationship with a supervisory authority.

ReguShield references EU and international regulatory frameworks to help teams organise their own compliance work. These references are provided for informational and compliance-support purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or financial advice.
